
Etqan International has rolled out a language course tailored to helping staff within educational institutions — including facilities, maintenance, and general support personnel who keep day-to-day school operations running.
The course focuses on practical, everyday communication: understanding instructions, coordinating with teaching and administrative staff, responding to basic requests from students and visitors, and following safety and operational protocols. The training is designed to be accessible regardless of prior language background, using visual aids and repetition-based learning suited to varied shift patterns.
“Helping staff are often the first people students and parents encounter on campus,” noted an Etqan International trainer. “Clear communication in these roles contributes directly to a smoother, safer school environment.”
Sessions are kept short and scenario-based, reflecting real situations such as campus visitor interactions, emergency instructions, and coordination during school events.
